Perth Valuer associates generally prefer to have a briefing meeting with the client to receive guidance on the proposed valuation task. The valuer can then submit an engagement letter to the client outlining the parameters of the valuation report, the type of the report and for whom it is intended. Perth Valuer associates generally require a fifty per cent payment upon commencement of the valuation and fifty per cent upon completion.
Our valuers usually prefer a physical inspection of the premises, the business or the plant and equipment , the jewellery or the art work to ascertain personally the value of the asset. They then compare the asset to their specialist data base of sales of similar assets.
Potential Clients are advised that their relationship with the valuer is a single business relationship, not a business relationship with any other Perth Valuer associate.
